By registering at www.goorganic.gr you create your own account to which you have exclusive access so that you can make purchases easier and faster (saving delivery items - accessing your order history).

You can subscribe to our website in the following 2 ways.

  • With cash on delivery, charge of €1.
  • By charging your credit or debit card. To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit cards, these are made through the security system of Piraeus Bank, which is based on the international Company for Trade Protection (GLOBE SSL), which supports a secure trading environment.
  • With On line via PayPal billing account.
  • By depositing/remittance to a bank account of the company at Piraeus Bank or Eurobank bank. For reasons of deposit you always put your full name. Warning!!! When the deposit is made by any other Greek or foreign bank, any transaction costs are borne solely by the customer and in no case goorganic.gr. (In case the deposit is not made within 3 days the order is rejected by the system).

Order ON LINE from our website.


Join our online store www.goorganic.gr if you already have an account log in to your account or browse the site as visitors. You can find the products either from the menu by categorizing the products at the top of the page or from the search lens by entering a product code or name.

 

 


You can easily place in the basket the product you are interested in, by choosing "To Cart". Fill the desired quantity by using + / - or by filling in the figures.

 

 

Add the products of interest to your cart. Once you add a product, you can either continue with the addition of other products, or remove it, or go to the cashier or the shopping cart or complete your order.

 

 

(2) If I have chosen the shopping cart.

 

At this point you can check your order and make changes before selecting "Cashier" (4) (bottom right). Next to each product of your choice, there are similar indications that will help you to change the number of pieces (1) or remove some of the products (3). By (2) the quantities are recalculated. By clicking "Continue shopping" (5) you can go back to the product categories of the online store if you forgot to add a product to your cart. However, if you are ready to complete your order, you will have to click on the "Cashier" (4).

Shipping in Greece.

The courier company we are working with is ACS.

 For purchases from € 29.00 and above, shipping and delivery are free of charge. The delivery of products at your place is done with the courier company usually within the next 1-3 business days. For some remote locations the delivery time can be 2-4 business days. When your parcel is in your city for delivery, your courier company sends you a text message with your shipping code and a phone number. If you want some clarification or specific delivery times for your package, you can contact the phone number that was sent to you in the text message. For orders less than € 29.00 shipping costs are € 2.50. If the method of payment is cash on delivery, there is a fixed charge of € 1.


If any of the products are unavailable, the waiting time will be communicated to you by e-mail.

The amount paid for shipping the package is in any case either delivered by your courier company to your place or you receive your package from the local office of the courier company.


Missions to Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are made within 7 to 15 business days with ACS courier company and the shipping cost is € 8.00 for orders up to 5kg. For shipments of 5 to 10 kilos the cost is 15 euros. For shipments of 15 to 20 pounds the cost is 22 euros. For more than 20 pounds the price is set according to the extra pounds. For shipments to Cyprus, paypal payment is available.

Shipping Abroad


Shipments abroad are sent via UPS and are distinguished into express saver air service and standard road service, depending on the shipping countries. Shipping costs abroad are determined according to the country of dispatch, the type of service (road or air) and the kilos of the order. See shipping costs here. Please note that no shipments exceeding 5 kg are carried out. The estimated shipping time varies and is determined according to the country of delivery and the type of service (express saver air service, standard road service).  Orders abroad are delivered after they have been paid with PayPal. Here are the estimated delivery times:

·         Express Saver air service to European countries -> 1 to 3 business days

·         Express Saver air service to non-European countries -> 2 to 5 working days until customs office of the country of delivery

·         Standard road service to European countries (EU) -> 4 to 7 working days.
